1. Order Processing Time
• All prepaid orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
• During peak seasons or sale periods, processing time may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Time
• Standard Delivery Time: 4–7 business days depending on your location.
• Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email.

3. Shipping Charges
• Free Shipping on all orders above ₹3000.
• Orders below ₹3000 will be charged a standard shipping fee at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. We accept prepaid orders only.

4. Order Tracking

After dispatch, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS. You can track your order using the tracking number provided.

5. Incorrect Address / Delivery Failure

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
If delivery fails due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipment

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper photos or videos for verification.
In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
